On 2 December 2021, Miklós Soltész, State Secretary for Church and Nationality Relations, visited the county of Sisek-Monosloh, which was hit by the strong earthquakes at the end of December 2020. He held talks with the leaders of the county and the Croatian government on the progress of the construction of the Petrinja I Primary School.

The Secretary of State was accompanied by the President of the Croatian Self-Government in Hungary, Iván Gugán, who signed a grant contract for the renovation of the premises of the Frano Lhotka Music School in Petrinja, and signed a grant agreement with the head of the Croatian Restoration Office and the parish priest of the Remete Hill Chapel of the Cloister for the contribution of the Hungarian Government and the Croatian Municipality to the rescue of the altar of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in the Cloister Church, which was damaged in the earthquake in Zagreb.
