On the occasion of this year’s Europe Day, an annual observance, which was commemorated by Zagreb City Council with a multiple day, outdoor event, our embassy represented Hungary by two exhibition stands.

Similarly to previous years, our EU quiz game, extended and renewed with some V4 content, and the prize packages provided by our sponsors (OTP Bank Croatia, MOL Group) proved to be very popular this year as well.

Visitors taking part in the quiz game also watched with interest our montages introducing the highlights of the Hungarian-Croatian cooperation concerning the EU (such as the successful closure of the ongoing discussions regarding Croatia’s accession to the EU under Hungary’s EU Presidency in 2011; presenting the results of Pecs as the European Capital of Culture 2010 and our cross-border cooperation).
